COMPETITION ARP HEAD STUD KIT

Fits XK 6 Cylinder Engines with 4.2 ltr, XJ6 Series 1 From Engine # 7L55969 Onward, XJ6 Series 2 and 3, DS420

This 14 piece ARP High Competition Head Stud set can be used as replacement for XJ6 4.2 OE head studs C29033, C29035, C38073 & C42355. These studs need to be used in conjunction with special ARP washers and nuts. See listing below.  Please note: Every XK engine always has 1  "dowel" stud. With the ARP dowels this is not supported. Fitment of these studs is without a locating dowel.

XJ6 From Engine 7L55969.

High tensile Cylinder Head Stud. Only to be used in conjunction with washer C2323TJP and nut C2328TJP or use with 12 point special nut C2328TJP12.

Made from 8740 Nickel Chrome Moly Steel. These ARP Cylinder head Studs Replaces the original Stud. With a 190,000 psi Tensile strength. Torqued nuts to 60 ft lbs with some 30W Oil. Thread rolled to MIL-S-8879 spec and finished in a black oxide finish against corrosion.

All returns must include a copy of the invoice. If the invoice is lost and cannot be located the return will be delayed.

We will not accept any returns after 45 days so please inspect your order upon receipt. (Cores Exempt)

Electrical parts are not returnable for any reason except in cases where the part is defective or the part was looked up incorrectly. Once an electrical part has been installed it can only be returned if found to be defective.

There is a 20% re-stocking fee assessed to all special order parts returns. (Cores Exempt)

Cores for re-manufactured parts must be returned to us in the original box will all the core tags attached. All cores must be fully assembled and with no external damage.

Should you receive a damaged package or part please notify UPS immediately, and then call us (800)851-9438, so that we can help to correct the problem.

All orders must be inspected upon receipt, if there is any damage is must be noted on the bill of lading. If damage is found after the shipment is accepted the carrier must be notified within 48 hours to be able to file a concealed damage claim.

Accessories installed at the time of the new vehicle purchase are covered for 36 months/36,000 miles, from the vehicle's in-service date, whichever occurs first, under the New Vehicle Limited Warranty.

Accessories installed by the dealer after the new vehicle purchase are covered for 12 months, regardless of mileage, from the accessory installation date, or the remainder of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty, whichever provides greater coverage.

Accessories purchased over-the-counter are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Car covers are warranted for 12 months from the purchase date and are not covered by the New Vehicle Limited Warranty
